Wednesday of spring break camping trip

Camping trip is wonderful. Sunday we had the McGinnis girls with friends. Friends went home replaced with four Malm children. We have played in the water ( cold ) rode bikes about ten hours. Ran the camp store out of bubbles and change. We have played cards, climbed trees and watched white tail deer. What else could one ask for. I forgot we have eaten like kings and queens. Snacks, meals and more snacks!

Decided to be creative this am and made Mary Jane a sundress. I thought the material looked just like her.

four days and three nights

Last August...........

Beautiful weather to take the Rv to St. Vrain State Park.  The ponds were just stocked so it was fun watching all the fisherman catching fish after fish.  Even the little kids were catching them.  I couldn't find my fishing liscense, so just watched.  Today at Cherry Creek we saw our usual herd of deer.  They were further up from the campground. We also saw a coyte yesterday.  The park is teeming with wildlife at this time of the year.  not too many people to scare it off.  Looking forward to spring break camping with the grands.  Should be fun.  I didn't take pics this week so will add  one from my album...(just of Beth and anybody else that doesn't care what I write, just wants pics.)

Adam was hiding when i had the camera so I put in the pic from the other day.

DEAR DEER....

We have arrived. The little ones are digging and throwing dirt. They ate hotdogs and chips and rushed back out to play with the Rv toys. I love this time with them...nice that the park now has wifi so I can document our visit as we go along.
