Wondering how our beautiful grandchildren are doing...just check our family blog We are the Mcginnis clan including Grace and Abby and the Malm clan including: Jonathan, Megan, Patrick, Kelly, Adam, Mary and Kenny.
Kelly will be baptized on November 1, 2008. I have taken on the challenge to make dresses for the girl's baptisms. I made Megans, it was a beautiful eyelet dress and she loved it so much she wore it to threads. Kelly showed me a dress in the toy Soldier magazine we get so I told her I would make it. Little did I know I would not beable to find a pattern for a little girl bussel dress...so I designed it myself. I have spent almost a month putting it together but it is finally finished and to my delight it came out well. I can't wait to try it on her and see if I met her expectation.................It is a soft rayon silk underneath and a flocked sheer overlay with a gathered skirt in the back to make the bussel.
Look everybody I got it out finally...Abby went through "hell" tring to get her little tooth out. It was hanging by a string but she refused to let anybody touch it...so she suggested the string solution...here are the pics to prove she tried...in the end daddy had to reach in and pull it out, of course she didn't feel it. She was sure that the string trick worked...
Abby saved her money to buy her giant beach ball. She shared it with Grace. Grace bought girly girl stuuf, like a new purse. They are ages six and eight. Chris has primary custody and he is a wonderful dad. He plays with them like they are at camp everyday.
